PulseAI is ciopulse’s AI layer. Instead of reading through hundreds of individual comments, you get a clear, human-readable summary of what’s happening with your satisfaction data. This page explains what PulseAI produces and how your data is handled.

What PulseAI gives you

PulseAI adds Monthly Report Intelligence — an AI-written executive summary of your month’s satisfaction results. It reads your aggregated results for the month and covers three sections:

• Executive Overview — the headline picture of satisfaction for the month.
• Key Performance Indicators — the numbers that matter, called out in plain language.
• Trend Analysis — how the month compares with the ones before it.

You’ll find it on the Executive Summary page for each month: in the Portal, open Management Reports → CSAT and choose the month. It’s produced alongside your monthly report, so there’s nothing to switch on.

How your data is handled

• PulseAI runs on Amazon Bedrock (AWS’s managed AI service) using an Anthropic Claude model, in the same AWS region as your data (ap-southeast-2, Sydney).
• It works at the aggregate level — it summarises your overall results for the period, not individual tickets or people.
